About Us
Pravaha Yog is more than just yoga — it's a movement, a mission, and a little bit of mischief wrapped in 5,000 years of ancient souled (why should I name a place, isn't it a tag and limiting in nature ?) wis-dom.

Rooted in the mystical teachings (though not mystic but we only wore the lenses of human body and thoughts and needed mystics to bring it back ) passed from teacher to student over millennia, Pravaha (Sanskrit for "the upward-moving wind of life") represents the sacred (by sacred we mean " the way it is "/ natural) flow of energy rising through the body.
Yog, far beyond the gym mat (which are basically ASANAS not YOGA but a part of it), is the unshakable union of body, mind, and spirit — a divine science of self-realization.

We don’t sell poses. We offer a path — one paved with karma, curiosity, consciousness, and maybe a few well-placed jokes along the way.
